When to Prioritise different Growth Opportunities?

In this Skilleton, we will invert that approach, and look at common growth ideas and see their applicability to different stages.
The common idea buckets, that we will cover in this skilleton, are:
1. improving a funnel ratio (e.g. click rate, conversion rate, retention rate, etc.) , while keeping product, market, and channel constant
2. trying out a new channel, while keeping product and market constant
3. diversifying a new product/category, for the same market.
4. expanding to a new geography, or diversifying to a new customer persona
