About the role
At Alle, we are building an AI-powered fashion stylist and studio that helps users discover personalised ideas for their fashion needs.
We’re assembling the founding team and looking for an APM to join our Growth team. This role will focus on Acquisition & Activation problem statements, driving product & growth initiatives to attract new users and enhance their onboarding experience. This is a great opportunity if you're interested in working with Gen-AI, consumer apps, and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ideate, experiment & iterate over strategies to drive user acquisition through various channels (organic, paid, partnerships, etc.).
- Enhance the user onboarding to improve activation rates and early user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design & engineering) to implement growth experiments and features.
- Analyze user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving acquisition and activation metrics.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost user acquisition.
You should apply if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in growth-related product management, growth marketing or growth analytics for a consumer company, with a strong preference for startup experience.
- Demonstrated ability in using data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel etc) and basic knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
