We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Avaz. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by empathizing with our customers, generating and qualifying leads, and delivering impactful product demonstrations to schools and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and prospects aligned with Avaz's products and services.
- Employ rigorous qualification criteria to assess leads and determine their compatibility with Avaz's offerings.
Virtual Demos and Sales Pitches:
- Strategically plan, schedule, and execute compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches targeting schools, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively articulate the value of Avaz's solutions by showcasing their relevance in a manner that resonates with the audience.
Post-Sales:
- Cultivate enduring relationships with customers through consistent follow-up calls and emails.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or providing additional support to elevate the overall customer experience.
Skills:
- Proficient in leveraging technology, showcasing a knack for rapid learning and quick adaptation to emerging tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover authentic narratives and identify key pain points during interactions with potential customers.
- Foster collaboration across diverse company teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing.
- Contribute valuable insights derived from customer interactions, playing a pivotal role in refining our products and services to align with customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing.
- Any prior experience in the assistive technology, medical, or pharmaceutical domain is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand the unique needs and challenges of our customers, particularly those with communication disabilities, and provide compassionate support and guidance.
- Possess excellent speaking and writing skills in English. Proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.
