Your responsibilities will include:
→ We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team at Liberate Foods Private Limited, based in Domlur, Bangalore. This full-time, in-office position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

→ This role focuses on overseeing and executing digital marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on performance, growth, and SEO.
→ You will also provide strategic direction for our digital initiatives, covering everything from acquisition to growth.
Key Responsibilities
→ Work with the CEO to achieve business goals and develop short-, mid-, and long-term plans.
→ Implement digital marketing strategies to drive growth and meet objectives.
→ Translate business goals and opportunities into quarterly marketing plans, with the ability to self-manage performance versus targets.
→ Create campaigns to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and retain existing users.
→ Bring expertise in CRM and website optimisation (CRO) activities.
→ Improve the company’s online presence, including SEO and user experience.
→ Track marketing spend and ROI to optimise resource use.
→ Manage day-to-day digital marketing across channels like Google, Meta, etc.
→ Grow QuickCommerce marketplaces (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit) to drive traffic and revenue MoM.
→ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and get work done.
→ Report on digital marketing performance and participate in strategic marketing meetings.
→ Oversee creative briefs and ensure performance-driven execution.
You should apply if you have:
→ 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
→ Strong creative and analytical skills with an affinity for data.
→ Proven experience managing customer acquisition through paid channels and marketplaces.
→ Experience managing budgets of INR 20L+/month.
→ Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube).
→ Proficient in A/B testing, analytics, and user testing.
→ Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
→ Experience working with product and engineering teams to improve customer experience.
→ Results-oriented, with the ability to balance high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
→ Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
→ Successful track record in data-driven marketing strategies.
