Growth & Strategy Manager – Founding Member @ House of Koala

House of Koala is an innovative early-stage streetwear startup that blends bold, urban style with an eco-conscious mindset. Launched as a unisex label, it aims to break boundaries by offering clothing that is both fashion-forward and inclusive.

Co-founded by experienced business, marketing and ecommerce professionals having experience working at marquee firms such as Myntra, Snapdeal, Paytm, Swiggy, GlaxoSmithKline and Britannia.

About the role
You will be setting up the core Growth engine in terms of customer persona, value proposition, and acquisition strategy. You will be building the initial User Growth channels for the 0-1 stage, as well as setting up the growth systems and building teams for the phases beyond.

House of Koala is an early-stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. House of Koala is looking for a hustler passionate about scaling a startup.



Your responsibilities will include:
→ Manage relationships with key external partners, including technology providers, payment processors, marketing and other agencies .
→ Drive continuous improvement in site performance, speed, and reliability.
→ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across online channels.
→ Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
→ Develop dashboards and other tools to enable real-time tracking of key metrics.
→ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website and ensuring seamless customer experiences and optimized conversion rates.
→ Special projects across partnerships and Influencer program.



You should apply if you have:
→ 1-3 years of experience of driving User Growth at a brand or agency with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
→ Proven success in managing and optimising large-scale ad campaigns with significant budgets.

Must Have:
→ In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital channels, and customer acquisition/retention strategies.
→ Website Optimisation & CRO

Good to Have:
→ Proficiency in managing Shopify stores and merchandising.
→ Influencer partnerships
