About the role
Bombay Shaving Company's online e-commerce store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead of CRM and Retention lead responsible for engagement and growth.

The individual should possess at least 6-8 years of experience in e-commerce strategy, CRM Campaigns and marketing analytics. As the Lead of Conversions and Retention, you will be responsible for improving customer retention, expanding our database, and creating efficient engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical and able to use data to deliver campaigns that drive user engagement and retain customers. You will have a direct involvement in the creation and execution of new strategies using various channels, including email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and other trigger-based campaigns.




Your responsibilities will include:
→ Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase customer retention and user engagement.
→ Manage email campaigns, SMS campaigns, trigger-based campaigns and other engagement initiatives to increase conversions and customer retention..
→ Set up and analyze the performance of various marketing campaigns through Google Analytics and other marketing channels
→ Develop an understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, creating campaigns with data-driven insights.
→ Build strategies to increase database and engagement for email lists.
→ Effectively plan and manage the marketing team's budgets and overall acquisition marketing.

→ Minimum 6-8 years of experience in ecommerce and marketing strategies.
→ Experience managing and leading a team.
→ Proven track record of increasing conversions and customer retention.

Skills:
→ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing analytics.
→ Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
→ Prior experience with tools, such as webengage, clevertap, moengage is a plus.
→ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
→ Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements.
