About the role
House of Koala is an early-stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. House of Koala is looking for a hustler passionate about scaling marketplace(s) as a strategic channel of focus & growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
→ Listing and managing SKUs on Marketplaces.
→ Developing & managing relationships with Category Managers.
→ Ensuring adequate inventory to avoid stock out/ dead stock.
→ Monitoring & Optimizing Sales, Margin, ACOS, Product Ranking, and Marketplace performance.
→ Developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
→ Identifying new opportunities for online sales growth and market expansion.
→ Onboarding new channels.
→ Planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
→ Monitoring and optimizing advertising spend to maximize ROI.
You should apply if you have:
→ 2-4 years’ experience in e-commerce management, preferably in apparel/fashion/lifestyle or retail environment
→ Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving marketplace performance.
→ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
→ Experience with marketplace platforms (Preferably – Myntra/Ajio) and understanding of their operational dynamics.
→ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
→ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
