About the role
Bombay Shaving Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meta Performance Marketing Expert to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful Meta campaigns. The candidate should be able to optimize ROAS and ensure the success of campaigns by deploying and managing budgets exceeding 1 crore.
Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to develop their own team to maintain optimal performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
→ Develop and manage highly effective Meta campaigns that meet client objectives and achieve target ROAS
→ Deploy, manage and optimize budgets above 1 crore to ensure maximum returns on investment
→ Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing experts who can deliver results
→ Analyse campaign data and provide insights, actionable recommendations for optimization to maximize results
→ Collaborate with other cross-functional teams like creative, analytics, and client servicing to ensure smooth campaign implementation
→ Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them.
You should apply if you have:
Experience:
→ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
→ 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing on Meta Ads
→ Experience in managing campaigns with budgets exceeding 1 crore
Skills:
→ In-depth understanding of Meta's platform, algorithms, targeting options, and ad formats.
→ Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
→ Ability to analyse and interpret campaign data and insights, optimize campaigns for maximum performance
→ Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
→ Ability to build, manage and develop a team of performance marketing experts.
