About the role
Bombay Shaving Company is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Performance Marketing Lead with 10-12 years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
The ideal candidate is someone who has worked under a senior performance marketing lead at a premium agency like GroupM, and has successfully managed budgets upwards of 1 crore.
Your responsibilities will include:
→ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
→ Manage a team of performance marketers to achieve business objectives.
→ Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels including Meta and Google.
→ Work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations of internal and external teams.
→ Present and create weekly and monthly presentations and dashboards for review.
→ Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize ROI on digital marketing efforts.
→ Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and efficiency.

→ Experience working at a premium agency like GroupM is highly preferred.
